…missing since March 14

MEDIA RELEASE

Big Island police are looking for a 25-year-old woman reported missing from her home in Hawaiian Beaches since March 14, 2005.

She is Deja Marie Vial. Vial is described as being about 5-foot-4 in height, weighing about 155 pounds with a medium build and having brown hair and brown eyes. Vial is also wanted on a bench warrant for contempt of court.

Police said the woman may be avoiding law enforcement officers and is believed to be in good health. She is also believed to be traveling with a 5-month-old male infant and driving a gold- or tan-colored 1991 Honda four-door sedan with license number HDE 679.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts should contact Officer Peter Kualii or Detective John Ancheta of East Hawaii Juvenile Aid Section at 961-2373 or 961-2276 or the police non-emergency telephone number at 935-3311.
