Big Island police are looking searching for a 16-year-old boy who has been missing from his residence in Orchidland, Puna, since November 11, 2002.

The youth was identified as William Chad Elston. Elston is described as being a Caucasian, being 6 feet in height, weighing about 150 pounds and having a slim build, fair complexion, short brown hair and light brown eyes. Elston is in need of his medication.

Anyone with information as to his whereabouts should call Officer Peter Kualii of the Hilo Juvenile Aid Section at 961-2373 or the police non-emergency telephone number at 935-3311. Those who wish to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept strictly confidential.
