Hawaiʻi Island police have located 54-year-old Roberta Banks of Pāhoa, who was wanted for  custodial interference.

Banks turned herself in Tuesday morning (January 15) at the South Hilo police station, where she was arrested on suspicion of first-degree custodial interference and then released pending further investigation.
