Media Release (update)

On Wednesday (December 15) at 1:15 p.m., detectives with the Area II Criminal Investigations Section charged Justin Matias with first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree terroristic threatening, first-degree promoting a detrimental drug, first-degree promoting a dangerous drug and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Matias remains in custody at the Kona police station cellblock in lieu of $32,000 bail pending his initial court appearance.
