Media Release (update No. 2)

Police traffic investigators have identified the 22-year-old Hilo man who died Saturday (May 28) from injuries he sustained in a motor vehicle/moped crash at the intersection of Kinoʻole Street and Hualālai Street on May 28.

The victim was identified as Theodore V. Braxton of a Hilo address.

Braxton was from Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, and a student at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo.
