Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for an 18-year-old woman who is wanted on an arrest warrant for violating probation.

Kimberly Akina  is described as Filipino, 5-foot-3, 200 pounds with brown eyes and long red hair. She is also wanted for questioning in connection with a variety of cases stemming from an identity theft investigation. She has no permanent address but she may be in Kona or Hilo.

Police ask that anyone with information on her whereabouts call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
