Hawaiʻi Island police have located 24-year-old Randi-Keli Banagan of Captain Cook, who was wanted for questioning for an incident Sunday (March 13) at the scenic lookout off Kamehameha III Road in Keauhou.

Banagan was arrested Monday afternoon in Kailua-Kona on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening and first-degree reckless endangering. She is being held at the Kona police cellblock while detectives from the Area II Criminal Investigations Section continue the investigation.
