Media Release

Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for 24-year-old Francisco Manalo who was last seen by family members at his residence located on Puu Pulehu Loop in Kamuela on Wednesday, November 22, 2023.  Manalo has a medical condition which requires medication.

He is described as being 5’01” tall, weighing approximately 110 pounds, having a medium tan complexion with short black hair and brown eyes.  Manalo was last seen wearing black jeans and a black long-sleeved shirt with the words “Iron Horse” down the sleeves. He also walks with a noticeable limp.
