Hawaii Island police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Davan Kaimana Ahnee-Makekau who was reported as a runaway.

Ahnee-Makekau was last seen in the Kealakehe area on Friday, October 20, 2023 at about 9:00 p.m., wearing a white tank top and black sweat pants.

He is described as Hawaiian, 5-feet-2 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, short black hair, brown eyes, a slender build, and a medium complexion.

Police ask anyone with information on Ahnee-Makekau’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or email Kona Patrol Officer Joshua Stender at Joshua.Stender@Hawaiicounty.gov.
