Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Simeko Kosme, who was reported as a runaway.

Kosme was last seen in 1700 block of Hilo on Thursday, October 28, 2021. She is described as being approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 147 pounds, having a dark complexion with black hair and brown eyes. Kosme is believed to frequent both the Hilo and Puna districts.

Police ask anyone who may have information about Kosme’s whereabouts to contact the Hawaiʻi Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or Juvenile Aid Section, Officer Corey Kaneko at 808-961-8843.
