Big Island police are looking for a 16-year-old-girl reported missing from her home in Hilo since May 18, 2004.

She is Tia Lubguban. Lubguban is described as being Filipino/Chinese, being five feet in height, weighing about 100 pounds with a medium build and having a tan complexion, long dark brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts should contact Officer Randy Caoagdan of the South Hilo Patrol at 961-2213 or the police non-emergency telephone number at 935-3311.

Those who wish to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept strictly confidential.
