Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 71-year-old Foster Baucom of Pāhoa who was reported as missing. He is considered endangered due to his age and possible need for medications.

Baucom was last seen on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the Hawaiian Beaches subdivision area wearing blue jeans and possibly a jacket.

He is described as having a dark complexion, 6 feet 0 inches tall, 200 pounds, with gray short hair, a gray mustache and goatee, and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone who may have information on Baucom’s whereabouts to please contact the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
