2-16-24 Police Ask for Public’s Assistance Locating Runaway Tristen Denis-Silva

Hawai’i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Tristen Denis-Silva, who was reported as a runaway, on Wednesday, December 15, 2023.  Denis-Silva is known to frequent the Hilo and Puna areas.

He is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, 160 pounds, with short black hair with the back and sides shaved, a thin mustache, and brown eyes.  Denis-Silva also has an oval-shaped grape-sized dark birthmark on his right neck area.

Police ask anyone with information about Denis-Silva’s whereabouts to call the Hawai’i Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or Officer Corey Kaneko at 808-961-8843 or email: corey.kaneko@hawaiicounty.gov.
