Hawai’i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Tristen Denis-Silva, who was reported as a runaway, on Wednesday, December 15, 2023.  Denis-Silva is known to frequent the Hilo and Puna areas.

He is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, 160 pounds, with short black hair with the back and sides shaved, a thin mustache, and brown eyes.  Denis-Silva also has an oval-shaped grape-sized dark birthmark on his right neck area.
