3-03-21 Police Seek Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing Hilo Man Blaine Pilayo

Hawaiʻi Island police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 29-year-old Blaine Pilayo of Hilo. 

Pilayo was last seen on the morning of March 2, 2021, after he left for work from his residence in the 2000 block of Pukanala Street in Hilo. He was last seen driving a white Toyota truck bearing Hawaii license plate ZGD976.

Pilayo is described as a local male, 5’-8” tall, weighing 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing construction type clothing and blue denim jeans.

Police ask anyone with information on Pilayo’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 and ask for Officer Joshua Willing.
