Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the community’s assistance in locating 22-year-old Francisco Kelly Dakamas Manalo of Ocean View, who was reported missing by his family. 

Manalo was last seen on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, around 10:30 a.m. in the Kealakekua area wearing a gray hooded jacket, black pants, and a red bandana.

He is described as a Pacific Islander, 5 feet tall, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Manalo has a medical condition that requires medication.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call 911 or the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
