Hawai‘i Police Department is renewing its request for the public’s assistance locating 13-year-old Arieana Balbin of Kurtistown, who was reported as a runaway. Due to her age, she is considered endangered.

She was last seen on Friday, March 10, 2023, around 9 p.m. in the 1700 block of Kino‘ole Street in Hilo wearing gray sweatpants and a green hoodie.

Balbin is known to frequent Hilo areas, such as Banyan Drive and a retail shopping center in the 100 block of Puainako Street.

Balbin is described as Polynesian with a fair complexion and a thin build, 4 feet 6 inches tall, 90 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on Balbin’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
