Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Mana’o Akamai Kaaihue who was reported as a runaway.

Kaaihue was last seen in the 300 block of Mahi Ko Place in Hilo, on Friday, March 24, 2023, at 11:00 p.m. wearing a black t-shirt, jean pants, white sneakers, and a gold and silver necklace.

He is described as Hawaiian with a medium complexion, about 6 feet tall, 145 pounds, with black curly hair and brown eyes. 

Police ask anyone with information on Kaaihue’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
