Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 23-year-old Noah Van Dam of Mountain View who was reported missing. He is considered endangered as he has a medical condition and may need assistance. 

Van Dam was last seen in the 300 block of Maka‘ala Street in Hilo on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., wearing a gray shirt, red shorts, a brown baseball cap, and sneakers. 

Van Dam is described as having a fair complexion with a slim build, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, 180 pounds, with curly brown hair and hazel eyes. 

Police ask anyone with information on Van Dam’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
