Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following individuals that have outstanding warrants for their arrests.

  • David Hively is wanted for 2 counts of Criminal Contempt of Court totaling $1050.00. Hively is described as being 6 feet tall, 199 pounds, with brown hair, and hazel eyes.
  • Keokalani Joaquin is wanted for 3 counts of Criminal Contempt of Court totaling $5000.00. Joaquin is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, 220 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes.
  • Alan Torres is wanted for 2 counts of Failure to Appear totaling $2150.00. Torres is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
  • Kirk Paulo is wanted for Violations of Conditions of Release and Criminal Contempt of Court totaling $2300.00. Paulo is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, 150 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes.

All four parties live in or frequent the Hāmākua area. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these four individuals is asked to contact Officer John Kari at the Hāmākua police station at (808) 775-7533, or via email at john.kari@hawaiicounty.gov, or to call the police departments non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311.
