Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following individuals that have outstanding warrants for their arrests.
- David Hively is wanted for 2 counts of Criminal Contempt of Court totaling $1050.00. Hively is described as being 6 feet tall, 199 pounds, with brown hair, and hazel eyes.
- Keokalani Joaquin is wanted for 3 counts of Criminal Contempt of Court totaling $5000.00. Joaquin is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, 220 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes.
- Alan Torres is wanted for 2 counts of Failure to Appear totaling $2150.00. Torres is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
- Kirk Paulo is wanted for Violations of Conditions of Release and Criminal Contempt of Court totaling $2300.00. Paulo is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, 150 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes.
All four parties live in or frequent the Hāmākua area.
