Hawai’i Island Police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance in locating two female and one male juvenile runaways.

  • 17-year-old Cherish Ahulau-Kaleo, was last seen on Kinoole Street in Hilo, on Thursday, March 14, 2024.  She is 5-feet 2-inches tall, with brown eyes and dyed red-colored hair.  She is known to frequent the downtown Hilo area (Report #24-024787).
  • 17-year-old Mary Costner, was last seen on foot near Maku’u Drive and 8th Avenue in Pahoa on Monday, May 20, 2024.  She is 5-feet 2-inches tall, 170 pounds, with long dark brown hair and brown eyes (Report #24-046584).
  • 15-year-old Chael Aku, was last seen on the 2300 block of Ainakahele Street in Hilo, the evening of Tuesday, May 21, 2024.  He is 5-feet 6-inches tall, 130 pounds, with dark curly hair and light green eyes (Report #24-047048).
