Hawai‘i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 62-year-old Elroy Pacheco of Hilo.

He was reportedly last seen on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, in the Hilo area. He is known to frequent Clem Akina Park in Wainaku, and the Clubhouse on Kilauea Avenue, Hilo.

Pacheco is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, approximately 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone who may have information on Pacheco’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311.
