Hawai‘i Island Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old Vincent Souza of Hilo, who was reported missing.

Souza was last seen in the area of Kulana Street in Hilo on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 3:30 p.m., wearing a camouflage hoodie and black pants. He is described as Caucasian and has light brown complexion, 5-feet 8-inches tall, 140 pounds, short brown hair and green eyes, with a medium length beard. Souza has tattoos on his left forearm and a left leg sleeve tattoo from his ankle to his knee.

Police ask anyone who may have information about Souza’s whereabouts to please call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
