Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Uilani Leaverton who is reported as a runaway.

She was last seen in the area of Maka‘ala Street in Hilo on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at around 10:00 a.m.  

She is described as local, 5-feet 7-inches tall, 150 pounds, slim build, light tan complexion, brown hair, and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray halter top, and a black hoodie.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
