MEDIA RELEASE (CORRECTION)

A Police Department media release dated December 5, 2006, said persons who wish to apply for vacant jobs in the driver’s licensing section may pick up application forms at the county’s Department of Human Resources and the mayor’s Kona office.

That was incorrect. There is no recruitment open to the general public for those positions at this time.

The Police Department apologizes for the error.
