The Hawaiʻi Police Department is hosting the HI-PAL “Click It Or Ticket” 3 On 3 Basketball Tournament on August 24-26, 2012 in Honokaʻa at the Honokaʻa Sports Complex Gymnasium facility. This event is part of the “Click It Or Ticket” series of basketball tournaments.
Team entries are being accepted in the following age groups: 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, high school boys, girls 10 & under, girls 12 & under, girls 14 & under, and high school girls. The age cut off date is December 31, 2012.
Deadline for teams to enter is August 20, 2012. Each team will be required to complete a registration packet, which must be submitted by August 20, 2012.

In addition to the tournament, the Hawaiʻi Police Department will have information available on safe driving and seat belt usage.
“Click It Or Ticket” is a national education and enforcement campaign to increase seat belt usage and decrease traffic fatalities and injuries. The Hawaiʻi Police Department encourages all youth, teens and adults to use their seat belts.
