The Hawaii Isle Police Activities League is sponsoring its annual HI-PAL Boys and Girls Intermediate Basketball League.

League play will start Thursday (September 9, 1999) for the girls and September 21, 1999, for the boys.

The league is for public or private intermediate schools that will be playing against other intermediate schools.

There will a tournament that will include West Hawaii teams at the end of each division’s season.
