On June 29, 2005, at 1:00 p.m., West Hawaii Juvenile Aid Detectives charged Justin K. Otranto, M-26, of Kailua Kona, with a variety of offenses, including two counts of Sexual Assault, Criminal Property Damage, Burglary, Kidnapping, and Violation of Order. On June 27, 22005, a adult female reported that she was asleep within her Holualoa residence when she was awoken at about 4:30 a.m., at the sounds of breaking glass.
