The children are identified as Payvyn Kaleo-Ignacio, a 3-year-old boy; and Sayler Kaleo-Ignacio, a 4-year-old girl.

Police ask anyone with information about their whereabouts or the whereabouts of Kanoa Ignacio to call the Police Department’s non-emergency number at 935-3311.
