Big Island Police are searching for a 15-year-old girl reported missing from her Hilo home since March 16, 2006. Her name is Shaila Oishi. She is described as Japanese, 5-foot-4, about 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information about her whereabouts to call Officer B J Duarte of the Hilo Juvenile Aide Section at 961-2278 or the police non-emergency telephone number at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona.
