The Hawaii Police Department is searching for a 72-year-old Puna man who was reported missing Sunday (September 20).

Edwin M. Cobile of Mountain View was last seen on Banyan Drive during the late afternoon of September 14.

He is described as Filipino, 5-foot-11, about 180 pounds with balding gray hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
