Hawaii County police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 48-year-old Pepeekeo woman who was reported missing from her Maukaloa Street home Wednesday morning (February 20). Cheryl Pavao was last seen at 8 p.m. Tuesday (February 19). She has a medical condition that requires medication.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call Officer Keith Simeona at 961-2213 or the Police Department’s non-emergency number at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
