A one-way traffic pattern will be in effect on Kalanikoa Street in Hilo to accommodate the Merrie Monarch Festival’s Halau Hula competition at the Edith kanakaole Tennis Stadium.

One-way traffic will flow south, or toward Puna, on Kalanikoa Street between Kuawa and Piilani Streets during the entire hula competition — from 12 noon on Wednesday (April 3, 2002) until 1 a.m. Saturday (April 6, 2002).
