MEDIA RELEASE

Big Island police are looking for a 32-year-old Hilo woman who was reported missing from her residence since early Thursday morning (February 19, 2004).

The missing woman was identified as Bonnie Castro, of a Kaumana Drive address.

Castro was described as being a Filipino, being 5 feet in height, weighing about 106 pounds with a slim build and having a tan complexion, brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a floral tank top and gray sweat pants with stripes down the side. She was driving a silver 1988 Honda Prelude two-door sedan.

Anyone who has information about her whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 935-3311.
