Hawaiʻi Island police are renewing their request for the public’s help in locating a 42-year-old man who is wanted on a no-bail warrant for revocation of parole and for two unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle investigations and resisting an order to stop.

Dale Arruda is described as 5-foot-7 approximately 200 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has no permanent address and frequents locations island wide. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Police warn the public against approaching Arruda. Instead, they should immediately call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311 to report any sightings.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
