Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 36-year-old Joseph Narzisi of Kailua-Kona, who is wanted on an outstanding Parole Violation warrant.  

Narzisi is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, 180 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. He is known to frequent Kailua-Kona district.

Narzisi was involved in two separate traffic collisions where he fled the scenes before officers arrived. He is known to be armed with a firearm and is considered armed and dangerous. The public is urged to use caution and not attempt to contact Narzisi.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Joseph Narzisi is encouraged to contact Officer Curry McFadden at (808) 326-4646, extension 253, or via email at Curry.Mcfadden@Hawaiicounty.gov. They may also contact the police department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311.

Police would like to remind the public that anyone who hinders the apprehension of a wanted person by providing money, transportation, weapons, disguise, or other means of avoiding discovery, apprehension, prosecution, or conviction may be subject to the offense of hindering prosecution. First-degree hindering prosecution is a class C felony, and second-degree Hindering prosecution is a misdemeanor.
