The Hawaii Police Department is searching for a 14-year-old boy who has been missing from his residence in Hilo since November 12, 2002.

He was identified as Iokepa Kaikala. He is described as being part-Hawaiian, being 5-feet-8 in height, weighing about 140 pounds and having a tan complexion, short orange hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Officer Peter Kualii of the Hilo Police Juvenile Aid Section at 961-2373 or the police non-emergency telephone number at 935-3311.

Those who wish to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept strictly confidential.
